Pollmann Elektrotechnik is actively committed to climate protection: at our Benfe site in North Rhine-Westphalia, we support local forest conversion projects in collaboration with Pina Earth. Through this commitment, we make a measurable contribution to CO₂ reduction while strengthening the natural habitats in our region. The supported projects contribute to the additional storage of around 130,000 kg of CO₂ – an amount equivalent to our annual carbon footprint. This creates a continuous, tangible effect that goes beyond short-term measures and enables genuine sustainability. In addition, the forest conversion projects ensure that valuable areas are reforested and existing forests are sustainably restructured. This not only supports climate protection, but also strengthens biodiversity, stabilises soils and makes regional ecosystems more resilient. Through our commitment, we actively contribute to achieving climate targets while protecting the environment for future generations.
